兹定于2012年12月30日(星期日)下午2时正于沙巴崇正中学彭德聪会议室召开2013年常年会员大会，并在会后颁发会员子女学业成绩优良奖励金及举行会员投票，选出第十七届（2013-2014）理事会理事。
敬希全体会员踊跃出席会议，共策会务兴革事宜。
提名表格须于提名日2012年12月22日（星期六）下午4时前交至秘书处。会员如有提案亦须于2012年12月22日（星期六）下午4时之前交至本会秘书处以便审查及编入议程为荷。

Notice is hereby given to all members to attend the 2013 Annual General Meeting Cum Election for the management committee for Year 2013 – 2014 and outstanding academic award presentation for year 2012, with the following details:
Date : 30 December 2012 (Sun)
Time : 2:00pm
Venue : Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary School
Nomination for election is hereby open to all eligible members. Nomination forms may be obtained from the Secretariat at STTSS and must be returned by the 22nd of December, 2012, before 4pm.
Members may propose any motion in writing for discussion at the AGM and must be submitted by the 22nd of December 2012, before 4pm.
Refreshment will be served after the meeting at the same venue.
