Notice is hereby given to all members to attend the 2016 Annual General Meeting Cum Election for the management committee for Year 2017 – 2018 and outstanding academic award presentation for year 2016, with the following details:

 

Date     :     14 January 2017 (Saturday)

Time    :     2:30pm

Venue  :     Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary School

The outstanding academic award committee will start to accept member’s application from 19th December 2016 till 5th January 2017. All applications must be returned to the Secretariat at STTSS.

Members may propose any motion in writing for discussion at the AGM and must be submitted by the 6th of January 2017, before 4pm.

Refreshment will be served after the meeting at the same venue.
